० The word “entrepreneur” refers to a kind of person who can undertake an

enterprise with chance of both profit & loss.

(शब्द "उद्यमी" एक ऐसेव्यक्ति को संदर्भित करता हैजो लाभ और हार्ि दोिोंके अवसर के साथ

एक उद्यम शुरू कर सकता है।) 

० “Entreprenuer” is a person who undertake a business activity of which he

has no background & faces considerable risk in the process.

("उद्यमी" एक ऐसा व्यक्ति हैजो ऐसी व्यावसार्िक गर्तर्वर्ि करता हैर्जसकी उसकी कोई पृष्ठभूर्म

िही ंहैऔर इस प्रर्ििा मेंकाफी जोक्तिम का सामिा करता है।) 

० If either of the two element ie “no background” and “considerable risk” is

missing in venture / enterprise undertaken by the person then the person

is not considered as an entrepreneur.

० Entrepreneur are the socio-economic people who can detect & sense 

the business opportunity in the society. They establish & run an 

enterprise inorder to provide product & services to the society to fulfill 

the needs of society & earn profit in return of it.
