Bhavish Aggarwal the CEO of OLA Cabs is an entrepreneur &

the activity performed by him is called entrepreneurship while

the taxi driver who is the owner of taxi is a business man & the

activity performed by him is called business.

= MEANING OF ENTREPRENUER:-

०   An entrepreneur is a person who can visualize 

& materialize water in desert.

०   His foresightedness , motivation, persistent 

effort , ability to presume the risk involved 

,their outcomes & trust to achieve the desired 

goals , facilitate him to convert idea into 

reality.

०  There is misconception about entreprenuers that they are 

opportunity –seekers & selfish people , but in reality they are 

highly driven people trying to find solution to the “needs of 

people”

Entreprenuer is derived from the word ‘entreprendre’ which

means to “undertake”.

start a business on an existing

concept or idea.

𝟮 Makes his place in existing

market & becomes a market

player.

𝟯 Less risk as it follow path

created by other businessman.

𝟰 Mostly uses traditional

method.

𝟱 Primarily focus on profit.
